The StripCHEEZ privacy policy outlines how StripCHEEZ treats personal information when you use StripCHEEZ. Please read this policy in order to understand how we treat the information you give us.
And don't worry, we're far too busy laughing at your crazy-genius moves to do anything bad with your info.
Personal Information
Non-Account Activity: You can watch these silly/sexy (see also, "sillexy", adj.) performances on StripCHEEZ without having a StripCHEEZ account. We call you folk "Voyeurs de Fromage", and there ain't a thing wrong with it.
Account Related Activity: Certain, more exclusive features on StripCHEEZ, which include uploading performance videos, posting comments, sending and receiving CHEEZ Emporium Gifts, tipping a fellow CHEEZstar and creating a profile page require you to have a StripCHEEZ account. We'll ask for some personal information when you create your StripCHEEZ account, which includes your e-mail address, password and verification that you are 18 years of age or older.
Usage Information: We may record information about your usage, such as when you use StripCHEEZ, the favorites and groups you may subscribe to, the Members (CHEEZstars) you communicate with, the performances you watch and archive, plus the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in StripCHEEZ (including UI elements, settings and other information). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may also use clear GIFs (a.k.a. "Web Beacons") in HTML-based e-mails sent to our users to track which e-mails are opened by recipients. Hopefully some of you folk out there can understand this techno garble.
Content Uploaded to Site: Any personal information or performance video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on yours or other profile pages, in your performance videos) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.
Uses
If you submit personally identifiable information to StripCHEEZ, we use your personal information to operate, maintain and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of StripCHEEZ and to process any correspondence or love letters you send to us.
Your StripCHEEZ name (not your e-mail address or your birthdate) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos, send comments, gifts or tips in StripCHEEZ. Our other fabulous Users can contact you through comments, gifts and tips. Any performance videos that you submit to StripCHEEZ may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, plus may be viewed by the general public.
We don't use your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent. That would be just rude. We might, however, use your e-mail address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of important StripCHEEZ website changes or for customer service purposes) See? We're just looking out for your strippy self.
We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and slick design of the StripCHEEZ website we all know and love and also to create new features, promotions, functionality and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.
We use cookies, clear gifts, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you won't have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit us; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions and status in StripCHEEZ contests and promotions.
Publicly Available Information
When you create an account on the StripCHEEZ website, some information about your account and your account activity will be provided to other Users of the site. This may include the date you opened your account, the date you last logged in to your account, the date you uploaded your performance video and the number of performance videos you have watched. Basically putting you with a time and place of your usage.
Your StripCHEEZ name (remember, not your personal and private e-mail address or your birthdate) is displayed to other Users when you engage in certain activity on the site, such as uploading performance videos, viewing performance videos, sending comments, gifts or tips, etc. Other Users can contact you through these so say hello right back!
To stylize your profile page, you can also add as much or as little personal information that others can see by submitting a profile picture, your name, gender, relationship status, adding an external website address and writing in your own CHEEZblog about the adventures (and maybe mis-adventures) of your StripCHEEZ career. As mentioned in our Terms of Use, keep in mind that the contents of external sites or the CHEEZblogs are not those of StripCHEEZ. If we see that a Member's profile is offensive, it may be removed from the StripCHEEZ website. We're just here to make sure everyone has an enjoyable time.
If you choose to add certain features to your profile page, then these features and your activity associated with these features will be displayed to other Users and may be shared with your network of friends or other Users. Your shared activity may include your performances, which videos you rated, and what bombastic videos you uploaded.
Any performance videos that you upload to StripCHEEZ may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. So make sure grandma isn't internet-savvy.
Your Choices
Privacy is always an issue and if you choose not to submit personally identifiable information to StripCHEEZ, we still let you view videos and explore the site, but there are some super cool features we might not be able to provide you without it.
You can update or correct your personal information and e-mail preferences at any time by visiting your edit profile page.
If you're feeling either a bit shy or want to get your name out, you can always control the information that is available to other Users and your network of CHEEZstar friends by editing your account and the features that are included in your profile page.
Third Party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites
StripCHEEZ allows other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the StripCHEEZ website. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the StripCHEEZ website. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.
StripCHEEZ does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks StripCHEEZ to show an advertisement to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the StripCHEEZ website, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.
Please consult the Privacy Policy of these third-party ad servers or ad networks (see link below) for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. StripCHEEZ's Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites. Any data obtained by third-party ad servers subsequently shared with StripCHEEZ is maintained and dealt with by StripCHEEZ in accordance with this privacy policy.
